Shipping
Within Australia, delivery is charged at a set $10 flat rate for all orders under $250 and is sent by Standard Post with tracking. For orders $250 or over, standard postage within Australia is free.
Express post is available for $16 for orders under $250, or you can upgrade your free shipping to express for $6 for orders over $250.
Once shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number which can be tracked at www.auspost.com/track.
Yes we do! International delivery is charged according to the size of your order, and country of delivery. Items that are shipped outside Australia may be subject to taxes, duties and import charges. The recipient of the shipment is responsible for all fees.
All products and shipping costs on AlcieMay website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
International Shipping Delivery is sent by Australia Post's Pack & Track Service. Once shipped you will be emailed a tracking number which can be tracked at www.auspost.com/track. Please be aware that delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance.
Ordering
All AlcieMay garments are custom made for you at AlcieMay HQ by a dedicated team of sewers. We aim to get your garment to you as quickly as possible, however please allow up to three weeks production time following the placement of your order.
Yes, you can change your order within 24 hours of placing the order. Email us at orders@alciemay.com with details of your order number and the changes required.
As AlcieMay products are custom made, orders cannot be changed after this 24 hour window.
Please choose carefully as orders cannot be cancelled.
All outlet sales and other sales of over 30% off are final with no returns or exchanges permitted.
At AlcieMay, your satisfaction and comfort is our main concern and it is our hope that you love your new product.
If a garment does not fit correctly, we are happy to exchange within seven days of delivery. Please follow the following guidelines:
- Items must be tried on wearing underwear.
- Items must not be washed and must show no signs of wear.
- All products must be in their original condition with all labels and stickers in place. Otherwise, according to Australian health regulations we cannot accept your return.
- Email orders@alciemay.com to notify us that you need an exchange.
Goods may be exchanged if received within seven days. Three weeks will be given to international customers. Returned items will be quality checked and an exchange will be arranged. You will receive email notification.
It is the customer's responsibility to cover the cost of postage for all exchanges. AlcieMay cannot take responsibility for items lost when being returned. We recommend using a fully trackable service.

All AlcieMay products are made exclusively and with care for you. In the unlikely event that your product is faulty, please email us straight away at orders@alciemay.com to arrange an exchange or refund.
